Job Description

The role of DGN’s Fraud Products organization is to create payment fraud products, solutions and functionalities that enable seamless and secure payment experiences to meet the evolving needs of our global partners. Within Commercial Payments, the Fraud Products team supports this mission by developing Fraud capabilities for Financial Institutions seeking to utilize DGN as their network.
This role supports the development and implementation of Fraud products and capabilities. They will leverage their understanding of the payments landscape to help identify and coordinate research activities supporting new and ongoing development of Payments Fraud products and solutions.
Assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of new and existing product lines and develops or assists in developing and executing strategic product plans for key initiatives such as the introduction of new products, product line extensions, or product enhancements. Assist the team in achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance, and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Identify sources, monitor, analyze, and interpret key product performance metrics including financials, network volumes, other key statistics, and internal/external customer feedback trends, then develop and communicate findings, suggests and recommends performance improvements to support data driven business decisions.
- Partners with vendors and/or cross-functional internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology in the evaluation, development, management, and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.
- Manages and communicates scope, deliverables, timelines of projects and/or plans within pre-set budgets.
- Participates in Agile sprints, planning, and executions.
- Provides support to Agile team with products/capabilities/functionalities that are in development.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with cross functional teams and Leadership to develop long-term product strategies.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery/Commercialization, Project Management, Payments Industry, Financial Services, Marketing, or related
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related including Product Management Experience

- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration and Management
- Understanding of payments services
- Experience with Fraud products within payments industry
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- 2+ years of experience in Agile methodology
- 2+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, financial services or related

Compensation
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
