Director of Engineering - Food, Dairy Manufacturing

We are a leading manufacturer in the industry and are seeking a Director of Engineering to join our team. The Director of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team and working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product development. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lean manufacturing, food manufacturing, and dairy manufacturing, with a passion for problem-solving and creating innovative solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team in developing innovative products and solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the engineering process, designing prototypes, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience
• Food or Dairy Manufacturing background
• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or related field
