Member of the Board of Advisors

Eventus is seeking members to join our Advisory Board to support us in our continued growth and expansion. This role is a part-time position with a quarterly meeting commitment. Members should have a strong background in commercial banking (25+ years preferred) and stay up to date with current industry trends and changes.

Key responsibilities include:

·      Offering strategic insights and recommendations based on your expertise and industry knowledge to assist the organization in achieving its goals and addressing challenges.

·      Evaluate potential risks and opportunities related to the organization's initiatives, providing guidance on risk management strategies and decision-making.

·      Leverage your professional network to connect the organization with valuable resources, potential partners, and industry experts.

·      Contribute to the development and review of policies, governance structures, and best practices that align with the organization's mission and values.

·      Attend 4 Quarterly Board Meetings (3 virtual/1 in-person)- All travel and expenses covered

Members will be compensated for their time and and any referrals or introductions
