THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a talented Senior Executive Compensation Partner who willprovide analytical support, market research, financial modeling and tracking of compensation programs, and analyze compensation for base pay and incentive programs for executive and senior positions. Advises and supports leadership with data requests and manages internal and external relationships to support the senior leadership team and executive compensation programs.

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

  • Develop, implement, and analyze compensation programs for executives, officers, and senor leader positions, including short- and long-term incentive plan documents, policies, and processes, financial and tax treatment of compensation programs, deferred compensation and other programs.
  • Utilize analytical tools and statistics to analyze and forecast financial and business information, contributing to the design of executive compensation programs.
  • Consult with subject-matter experts to ensure compliance with regulations related to executive compensation plans.
  • Coordinate communication and education related to long-term incentive processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process/system improvements within day-to-day long-term incentive activities.
  • Manage relationships with senior leadership, committees, Board members, with the highest level of customer service.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, internal accounting, tax, HR, and legal departments.
  • Preparing materials for senior leadership, including complex market and data analysis, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Update compensation policies and procedures in coordination with in Legal, Finance, and Accounting.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Compensation-related laws and regulations
  • Compensation expert in market analysis and compensation practices
  • Workday knowledge
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Excellent communication in both verbal and written formats with individuals or groups at all levels.
  • Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills
  • Strong problem solving, conceptual, analytical, and influencing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, change priorities, and handle confidential and sensitive material and matters.
  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude, including MS Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced skills in MS Excel.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and Compensation experience.
  • Ten (10) plus years’ experience in compensation which includes five years in executive compensation.

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:

$95,800.00 - $124,500.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
