BPI is hiringan independent, detail-oriented, and driven Millwork Business Analyst to work with our millwork team. In this position, you will play a key role in departmental planning and processes. You will be tasked with finding innovative ways to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of performance and operations management to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.
Skills and Requirements:
Scheduling:Creating and maintaining work schedules
Labor forecasting:Analyzing labor demand and supply to anticipate staffing needs
Resource allocation:Determining how to best use employees' skills and productivity
Performance monitoring:Tracking labor time and assessing employee productivity
Reporting:Communicating with stakeholders and providing reports
Workforce Management or related field/experience
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
