Business Analyst Non IT II

Summary:

Large e-commerce site with regulatory obligations is beginning an RFP to select a new vendor that will be the company’s’ OFAC Sanctions Screening Compliance System. It is estimated 3-5 external vendors will be considered including significant information gathering and testing before a selection is made.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing a RFP process from initial receipt to final submission
• Communicate effectively, management of multiple internal and external
• stakeholders
• Define end to end project plan
• Work with vendor procurement, finance, Sanctions compliance team, product,
• engineering, and central PMO team stakeholders
• Create, manage, and maintain an RFP content repository to ensure proposal
• information is consistent, accurate, and up to date
• Monitor and track RFP outcomes and metrics to inform process improvements.
• Execute internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed and
• engaged.
  
  

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be a detail orientated individual with a minimum of 3 years supporting RFP processes and vendor technology integration efforts
• Minimum of 7 years in program or project manager, preferably at large companies
• Previous experience supporting compliance technology such as Sanctions, AML, or Fraud is a plus
• Leading, guiding, and collaborating across departments including liaising with technology and product partners
• Demonstrated ability to read, analyze and understand an RFP
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office to include Word, excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to define, schedule and manage the proposal preparation process including follow-up responses, and internal developing and evaluating of technology proof of concepts
• Strong project management, collaboration, and team building skills
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
