Who we are looking for:
As a Business Development Representative for Velixo, you will focus on outreach campaigns to prospective customers &partners. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to increase top-line revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Use prospecting tools to extract new leads (IE ZoomInfo, Salesforce Navigator, Hubspot, etc.)
- Identify and acquire new leads via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business
- Develop, maintain a sales strategy and business plan for your pipeline
- Develop sales forecasts through the CRM Hubspotand achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop a firm understanding of Velixo technology and software solutions
- Create Automated email campaigns to target prospects for each ERP ecosystem
- Work with peers across Velixo field and marketing organizations to assure that best practices are utilized to drive effective outbound campaigns
- Ensure accurate reporting of key activities and update information in the Velixo CRM database
- +3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills
- A strong understanding of the sales process
- High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
- Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts in a distributed environment
- Past experience successfully selling ERP Software is an asset
- Ability to travel occasionally
