Instructional Designer

Our client has an immediate need for a FREELANCE Instructional Designer. This is a long term project with the opportunity for full-time employment. Candidates should have availability to work up to 30-40 hours a week.

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing effective and engaging learning experiences that align with our client's organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for adult learning, instructional design methodologies, and a keen eye for detail to create impactful training programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Create engaging and interactive content that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Integrate learning technologies into the curriculum design to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback throughout the development process.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of training programs.

• Bachelors in Instructional Designer, Education
