Instructional Designer

Looking for Local Candidates only located in Chicago.

Instructional Designer / eLearning designer needed for immediate contract who will support a Project working with regulation requirements and turning it into training content and courses.

*** MUST work 3 days/week on site at location downtown Chicago near Union / Metra stations

Instructional Designer / eLearning designer - work as part of a highly visible team responsible for developing enterprise programming that drives behavior around risk, controls, remediation, and testing, the Instructional eLearning Designer for Risk and Controls Enhancement will play a key role in ensuring our partners are equipped to manage risk.

Instructional Designer / eLearning designer - Qualifications:

TOP Musts:

• Instructional Design experience within eLearning - must have design experience

• Previous Financial Services industry or other highly regulated industry experience

• Expert-level: Program design and development skills (assessment strategies, instructional design, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, outcome measurement, etc.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Authoring tools – Articulate Storyline Suite

• PowerPoint presentation construction

• Facilitator and instructor guide creation

• Experience designing eLearning programs and learning assets in a digital environment that generate engagement

• Consulting with internal clients to identify needs and translate them into solutions

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in a corporate training environment, creating strategies and developing functional eLearning training solutions, preferably in a Compliance or Risk and Controls space within a GSIP financial institution
