Web Developer - Full Stack, Programmer

You must be located within a commutable distance to our Corporate Office in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid role; Mondays and Fridays are remote days, and Tuesdays through Thursdays are in-office days. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Developer to join a growing, innovative, and impactful team. In this position, we are looking for someone who is thorough, enterprise-minded, practical, and detailed. We are looking for a bright team player who has experience in implementing software projects and can break down complex business problems.

The ideal candidate has probably been involved in developing solutions, has been involved in planning and managing complex projects, and has experience presenting and performing highly technical demonstrations of solutions. Comfort and confidence with common software practices, interfaces, technologies, and ideas are a must.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in .NET Development and is very technical. Serenity and Selenium framework experience are a plus. The ideal candidate must have sound judgment and good business sense, a strong commitment to teamwork but the ability to work independently. The candidate must have a technical understanding of web services, UI Frameworks, memory profiling, unit test, micro services, messaging, hosting and other common technologies. Lastly, you must be passionate about contributing meaningful impact to the organization through technology.

This position reports directly to the Manager of IT and will work closely with our IT Consultant along with our Senior Management Team to provide regular updates on systems, proactive suggestions, and monthly reporting. Our business succeeds with superb Client satisfaction, which is partly attributable to innovative technology, inclusive of Business Process Automations.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Make adjustments and enhancements to IAB’s current propriety in-house application
• Monitor application usage to proactively deal with potential problems. Work with the IT Department to review Help Desk requests and ensure resolution.
• Develop SQL Server databases and objects to support current applications and future development. Troubleshoot database issues as identified by Help Desk requests.
• Monitor and maintain security accesses in the Company’s proprietary system, across Microsoft applications, and other software systems based on business need and appropriate approvals.
• Proactively monitor data integrity. Design and implement solutions for user reported data errors.
• Responsible for implementation and initiation of software programs to include onsite training and ongoing support as needed.

• Excellent skills in Excel (able to create pivot tables, macros and formulas)

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
• Experienced in SSRS, SSIS, SSMS
• SQL Server DBA experience
• Experience with PowerShell is preferred
• Experience with PowerBI would be a plus
• A degree in technology or a related field is required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
