Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Pharmacy, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant portion in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive reports.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
