Medical Biller - Remote | WFH

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional time management skills and previous experience in medical billing. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in insurance follow-up, payment posting, and resolution of denials. Your ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively with patients, and ensure accurate records submission will contribute to our commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle insurance follow-up, payment posting, and denials resolution using company tools and software.

Collaborate with coders to write appeals and correct claims.

Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment options.

Review benefits and ensure accurate charge entry, appeals, and LOMNs.

Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Proficiency in ICD-10/HCPCS and Microsoft Office/G Suite.

Previous Experience In Physical Therapy Claims (preferred).

Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.

Minimum 1+ years of medical billing experience (excluding schooling/externships).
