About the Role:

As the Genshin Impact Community Manager focusing on UGC events and player creators, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing community engagement strategies that celebrate and amplify the creativity of our players. Your mission will be to inspire, engage, and support our player's community through various initiatives, including contests, collaborations, and feedback channels.

What You Will Do:

  • UGC Event Planning and Execution:
    • Design, plan, and execute UGC contests and events that encourage community participation and creativity. Manage all phases of event production from concept to completion, including theme development, promotion, participant support, and prize distribution.
    • Track and report on the success of UGC events and creators' collaborations, using data to evaluate impact and inform future strategies.
  • Player Creator's Management:
    • Have a strong systemic mindset when it comes to player creator's management, being able to deisgn SOP and data monitoring mechanism to help player's operations to improve efficiency.
  • Content Spotlighting:
    • Curate and spotlight outstanding player-generated content across our social media channels, and other platforms, celebrating the diversity and creativity of our community.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere that encourages creative expression and interaction among players. Monitor community channels for feedback, trends, and player sentiment, ensuring that the community's voice is heard within the company.
What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in community management, publishing, or social media marketing for large-scale global gaming communities.
  • Familiar with the mechanics, algorithms and user attributes of mainstream social media landscape, including those of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for Genshin Impact and its community.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media management, content creation tools, content curation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, accommodating global community activities and events.
  • Strong passion and comprehensive knowledge of Gaming UGC content, anime, entertainment industry, and pop culture a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
