Base pay range
The Vice President of Product for our Revenue Cycle Management applications is tasked with creating and implementing product roadmaps that align with essential business goals and requirements, specifically for our leasing, billing, and financial reporting software. The VP will devise strategies to enhance process improvements and boost performance and efficiency. Regular interactions with team members and customers are essential to comprehend primary challenges and opportunities, ensuring the product aligns with user needs. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team responsible for enhancing product value through the development of new features, performance improvements, customer experience enhancements, innovation testing/research, and managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaborates with the leadership team to develop product plans and roadmaps.
- Ensures that the team's activities contribute to key performance metrics and that products and releases are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Collects and analyzes feedback from partners, prospects, sales and marketing teams, and tracks operations and industry trends to inform product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Directs consumer research and competitive intelligence efforts to support and justify product strategy.
- Creates product briefs, business cases, product requirement documents, use cases, and customer stories for new features.
- Assists Business Development and Account Management in sales initiatives with prospects and partners.
- Oversees the product lifecycle, ensuring the roadmap aligns with profitability goals.
- Works with the marketing team to define product positioning and develop key messaging.
- Works closely with the Support Team to resolve issues promptly.
- Refines and oversees the evolution of Product Management processes.
- Acts as a team leader and mentor to enhance team performance and development.
- At least 10 years of operational or product experience in revenue cycle management, with expertise in accounting best practices, month-end close processes, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger integration, and aging reports.
- A proven track record with at least 10 years in new product development, implementation, and management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing digital products and solutions, including mobile and web platforms.
- Familiarity with the Agile framework.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a hands-on, agile startup approach.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in managing people, conflicts, and resources.
- Innate skill in understanding and relating to customers and prospects.
- Collaborative team player.

- Strong interpersonal skills, along with effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
