Equipment Territory Manager

North Coast Lift Truck, Inc. has been an industry leader in providing material handling equipment and service to Northeast Ohio since 1981. Our offerings include new, used, and reconditioned forklifts, rental equipment, parts, and batteries, as well as shop and field service. We have recently expanded our territory, now spanning over 40 counties in northern Ohio and southern Michigan, due in part to our acquisition of Ackerman Industrial Equipment of Curtice, Ohio.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Equipment Territory Manager role located in Columbus, OH, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Equipment Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales, and conducting equipment demos and training. Additionally, the Equipment Territory Manager will work with service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and develop and implement marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in materials handling equipment or related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with experience using SalesForce preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a regular basis
