Your outcomes

The successful candidate will accomplish the following over the next 2 years and get promoted to a C level role to help scale from there:

  • Joined the founder's office and helped build an enterprise sales motion that successfully grew revenues to 8 figures over a short span of 2 years
  • Built out an outbound playbook to grow sales pipeline through automation, ICP refinement, nailing messaging by personas and personalized outbound campaigns.
  • Closed enterprise deals that helped grow ARR to 3X YoY
  • Helped build out the sales org by attracting top sales talent that consistently achieved quota
  • Collaborated with marketing on various marketing and sales enablement initiatives that addressed key bottlenecks in our GTM and refined GTM playbooks to create a robust foundation to scale the business

Responsibilities

  • Whatever it takes to achieve the above outcomes and divide responsibilities in the founders office from time to time


Qualifications

  • Previous founder experience or founder's office experience as chief of staff focused on GTM
  • Strong and proven 2+ years experience in SaaS GTM, ideally selling to mid to large enterprises
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a reputed school
  • A true hustler with an unwavering persistence for key outcomes
  • Strong ability to crunch numbers, define analytics goals and diagnose and solve hard problems
  • Strong project management skills and a drive to define and improve repeatable processes
  • Having SEO background or selling to marketing organizations is strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
