Continuum is seeking a hands-on and operationally focused Chief of Staff to coordinate tactical and strategic initiatives throughout the organization. The Chief of Staff should have experience working with the CEO and leadership team of early stage, Venture Backed SaaS organizations. This role will span areas from HR and Finance to Product Roadmap and sales/marketing coordination.

Effective Communication: to foster open and transparent dialogue between leadership and stakeholders, encouraging input from all levels of the organization.

Insight-driven Recommendations: Leverage your analytical acumen to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that steer strategic decision-making.

Vision Implementation: Translate our vision and strategy into a practical roadmap that guides the operations of both the people and financials of the organization.

·     The Chief of Staff assists the CEO in executing top priorities

·     This is a critical, and influential role that facilitates a wide range of initiatives ranging from tactical program management to leading and delivering large cross-functional initiatives

·     Serve as a swiss army knife for solving any problem

·     Prep the CEO for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as his stand-in

·     Develop compelling content for the CEO for internal and external consumption (company presentations, investors presentations, external interviews and appearances, key meetings etc.)

·     Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership, elevating insights and analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas

• Critical component of company culture: Coordinating team activities including weekly all hands agenda, leadership meetings, offsite events.
• Facilitate organization communication: ensuring strategic and tactical initiatives are well planned and communicated throughout the organization.
• Align financial metrics and data driven insights with strategic initatives
• Facilitate communications between product releases and the Go-To-Market organization.
• Liaison to the CEO ensuring all departmental challenges and opportunities are being met and addressed.
• Onboarding and off-boarding of employees through Gusto.

●    BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience

●    Experience with P&L / Finance is a plus

●    Experience leading people and HR related tasks/functions

●    4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in a business operations, strategy or product role at an early stage high growth technology company

●    Strong analytical, and problem solving and interpersonal skills

●    Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

●    Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

●    Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain

●    Entrepreneurial experience or at an early-stage high growth technology company

●    Product management experience
