Overview

We are looking for a Chief of Staff as one of our founding team members. We are looking for a generalist and someone who enjoys and thrives in fast-paced startup environments. This is a full-time role responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day operations, providing strategic support to the team, managing projects and initiatives, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will own and support many key business functions, including finance, HR, business operations, marketing, and investor relations.

The role is located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with AI technologies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to difficult problems

Nice to haves

• MBA, or Degree in STEM field
• 2+ years in a management/consulting-related role.
• Hands-on experience with building software or machine learning systems
