Chief of Staff

Role Description

The chief of staff will report directly to Gabe Charalambides, CEO, acting as a right-hand. Projects that Gabe would do himself but is short of time will be delegated to the chief of staff. This will be a close working relationship, syncing multiple times a day to share learnings and feedback. Example projects include: Creation and management of internal internal systems, evaluation and implementation of client software platforms, ideating and implementing various go-to-market initiatives, data analysis and dashboard management, web research, crafting outreach campaigns, collaborating with designers on sales materials and website development, interface with clients and aid in retreat operations.

This will be a fast-paced, high ownership role with significant support and mentorship. This is an ideal role for a new graduate excited to gain significant startup experience at a pioneering startup. Odyssey is well-positioned to be play an industry-shaping role in the future of psychedelic therapy in the United States and the chief of staff will play a key part.

Qualifications

We’re looking to hire a graduate or undergraduate student who demonstrates exceptional eagerness to grow, intelligence, and mission alignment. These traits should be demonstrated with:

• High GPA
• Demonstrated high levels of initiative taking and ownership
• Get-it-down mentality. Eagerness to jump into whatever needs doing and ability to execute.
• Excited to contribute across a broad array of domains. All-around utility player
• Hyper organized and detail oriented
• Quick, crisp, thoughtful communicator
• Passion for mental health, especially for the the role psychedelics can play. Experience in the field a strong plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the organization’s mission

Location: Remote

Compensation: $60k plus significant equity
