The Role

As Audit Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial information, thereby contributing to the credibility and trustworthiness of the firm and its clients.

• Develop and execute audit strategies aligned with industry standards and regulations.
• Set the direction for the audit department, defining goals and objectives in line with the firm's vision.
• Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored audit services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Oversee the planning and execution of external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Review audit procedures, reports, and findings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Uphold the firm's commitment to quality by implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control procedures.
• Conduct periodic reviews of audit processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
