Project sales for Purchasing, Sales, and Finance planning activities.
Perform ongoing analysis and monitoring of actual performance to forecasted plan, identify significant variances, and take corrective actions.
Collaborate with Sales team to integrate demand drivers into forecasts including store counts, promotional activity, new style updates, phase out strategies, placement, pricing and internal revenue budgets.
Work cross-functionally to create new product launch forecasts.
Identify replenishment opportunities and liabilities while strategically reacting to these changes in business trends.
Monitor daily EDI orders by account.
Initiate purchase requirements to Sourcing Department.
Manage inventory flow so that both customer requirements and target inventory levels are achieved.
