Data Entry Clerk

Description Job Description: A Data Entry Clerk at XTalk Prep Consultants is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This role is essential for ensuring that our data is reliable and easily accessible, supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems. Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections as needed. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Retrieve and organize data from various sources as needed. Assist with other administrative tasks as required. Generate reports and provide data to relevant departments as requested. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Skills & Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
