$75,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Our client, a successful direct response marketing agency is hiring for a Media Buyer (Paid Social) to join their talented team. The Media Buyer will specialize in meta ads, responsible for managing Meta ad campaigns and creating highly converting ad creatives. This role encompasses the entire campaign cycle from start to finish, including creating and testing ads, launching and overseeing campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling budgets while maintaining target KPIs.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up, manage, optimize, analyze, and scale Meta campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly to achieve sales growth and ROI goals.
  • Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, audiences, and bids across multiple channels to exceed target KPIs, including weekend monitoring.
  • Develop new ad creatives in collaboration with copy and video teams for weekly testing.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaign targeting to optimize conversions.
  • Create pitch decks and media proposals for Digital RFP requests.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance regularly.
  • Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot issues to scale ad spend.
  • Stay updated on offers, paid social media best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Innovate and improve team systems and advertiser campaign flows.
  • Provide weekly reports and hold calls to review results and make recommendations.
  • Review landing pages and offers to maximize conversion rates and recommend A/B tests.


Requirements:


  • 4 years of current Meta ads campaign management experience with proven results.
  • Ability to set up platform integrations for optimized Meta tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing daily budgets of $10K/day.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling ad angles for conversion on Meta.
  • Preferably experienced in Direct-to-Consumer marketing.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and organizing workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for digital media in health, wellness, and personal development preferred.
  • Basic video editing skills.
