Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer - Near Livingston, NJ - 2/3 days per week hybrid - Up to $400K

SoCode US are recruiting for a CFO on behalf of our client a growing and successful SME operating the Software and Technology industry headquartered close to Livingston, New Jersey.

Please note we would like candidates to be available to work at least on a Hybrid Basis.

Company Scenario:

Having tripled in revenue and headcount over the last few years, our client is fully independent, self financing and and profitable. They are looking to continue this growth curve for the foreseeable future and this is a key appointment in that journey and a rare opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the financial and operational strategy.

What we are looking for:

Working alongside the CEO, the CFO should demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

• Management of the Finance Operations. - This involved managing the teams contained within these remits and responsibility for the functions. You should be a strong and inspirational people manager. Please note a strong finance team is in place so we do not need anyone from a Controller Background

• Very High Standards and Scrutiny - Continuously looking to improve the functions and company, constantly pushing performance standards and driving the company forwards. Attention to detail.

• A very strong operational and people focussed skillset - Proven experience in a senior leadership/operational position.

• An entrepreneurial / smaller company mindset. We need someone who is prepared to be creative but also flexible when required and display a genuine desire to work in a senior leadership position for a c50 person organisation. High Energy and High Appetite.

• Proven Experience scaling finance operations/strategy in a high growth startup operating internationally.

Rewards:

• $220K to $260K Basic Salary
• $150K worth of ISOs
• 20% Bonus
