In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Build smart plans
    • Develop cross-channel media strategies for both traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, digital, social, print, etc.)
    • Be able to analyze competitive landscape, consumer insights, historical performance and develop rationale for media plan recommendations and strategic use of channels
    • Evaluate media proposals and provide POVs backed with rationale for why this channel or partner
  • Bring them into the world
    • Work with Platforms and Investments teams to execute media plans promptly and accurately. Provide ongoing stewardship and execution of plans, including
    • Managing publisher RFPs
    • Contributing to insertion order process and ensuring adherence to agency terms & conditions
    • Trafficking digital and traditional campaigns
    • Monitoring campaign deliveries and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performance
    • Monitoring client expenditures and working with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Become a go-to media expert
    • Contribute to our always-on trend spotting to establish a strong thought leadership position with clients in an ever-changing media landscape
    • Share best in class work and inspire upcoming briefs/plans
    • Train junior planners and contribute to education efforts in other departments
What You Need To Succeed

  • 3-5 years of media planning experience, agency environment preferred
  • Digital experience required, traditional experience bonus
  • Knowledge of research tools like ComScore, Simmons/MRI, MediaOcean, Kantar, Prisma etc.
  • Knowledge of asset trafficking to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
  • Basic understanding of site tagging and analytics platforms like Adobe and Google Analytics
  • Ability to write clear and concise presentations in straight-forward and enlightening way
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and initiate the first steps in the process and see them through to the end of a project

This position is full-time hybrid role.
