Media Assistant, Digital

Overview

NOTE: This position is Hybrid to Pearl River, NY

Assists in managing assigned digital campaigns, reconciles invoices on a monthly basis, and works on other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned digital campaigns in the Spectra OX system:
• Input new campaigns
• Update contact information for vendors
• Add new vendors when needed
• Traffic insertion orders to vendors
• Revise IO’s when necessary
• Execute jobs in PeopleSoft to reserve trade credits
• Input new campaigns into the Doubleclick DFA application and proactive maintenance/stewardship of all buys
• Manage research, auditing and trafficking of creative for online campaigns
• Cultivate strong relationships with online publishers and vendors.
• Provide reports from Nielsen NetRatings, @Plan, and AdRelevance as needed.
• Reconcile invoices on a monthly basis, matching the line items on the invoice to those on the insertion order; Assist in troubleshooting unmatched invoices; Reach out to vendors for missing invoices; Create billing packets for Finance.
  
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

The salary for this position may range between $43,000- $50,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience is required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, required
• Experience with any of the following proprietary or media applications, a plus:
• Digital: Doubleclick’s DART ad serving system, MediaOcean’s media stewardship software and Comscore’s analytical tools, SRDS, Adspender, 3 rd party Ad Serving software (DCM etc,), POWS / POWS Lite
