Job Description

Overview:

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in securing optimal value for our clients' digital advertising campaigns. You will leverage your negotiation skills and market knowledge to secure the best rates and terms with digital media vendors. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of digital media buys, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver on objectives.


Role Objectives:

  • Collaborate with the strategy & activation teams to plan and develop digital advertising campaigns across various digital advertising channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of digital media platforms and pricing models (e.g., programmatic, social media, video)
  • Negotiate strategic media plans with digital advertising vendors, securing the best rates, terms, and value-added opportunities for clients
  • Analyze market trends, audience data, and media proposals to ensure optimal pricing and placements based on client’s business & media goals
  • Manage vendor billing through Prisma: Create & send insertion orders, address discrepancy resolution and reconciliations
  • Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities
  • Generate/present reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital advertising measurement and verification tools such as IAS
  • Assist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations
  • Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
  • Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in digital media buying/planning
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (display, video, social, etc.)
  • Experience in digital media activation/reporting platforms (e.g., CM360, DV360, TTD etc.) & understanding of the digital media trafficking process
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and
  • Familiarity with MediaOcean/Prisma and/or similar media management platforms

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $62,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
