Manager of Software Quality Assurance

Currently, we are searching for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to fill an immediate vacancy.

 This individual will be responsible for:

· Responsible for providing guidance and technical support for automation and manual QA Engineers.

· Develop and implement QA strategies, standards, and processes to ensure consistent and efficient testing practices.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define quality goals and deliverables.

· Conduct routine assessments of team and identify areas of improvement and apply training programs as needed.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have:

·  5+ years of leading and managing teams of QA Engineers

·  5+ years of SaaS commercial experience

·  5+ years of Manual testing

· 5+ years of automation testing skills, with expertise in at least one popular automation framework

Preferred skills include:

·  CI/CD processes

·  Cloud-based testing environments/tools

· Scrum/Agile development methodologies

·  Certifications in software testing or quality assurance

Education:

·    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Location:

·    Castle Rock, Colorado

·    Team is working on a hybrid 4-day office environment.
