We handle last-minute travel arrangements for small to medium-sized groups worldwide. Our work is fast-paced, requires adaptability to frequent changes, and involves meticulous attention to detail to provide our high-end clients with a VIP experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a sharp, energetic, and driven Travel Coordinator to support our VIP Travel Managers. If you have a knack for organization, a passion for travel, and a desire to provide outstanding customer service, you could be the perfect addition to our team.
Responsibilities:
Support VIP Travel Managers in all facets of their jobs.
Work directly with 4 & 5 Star hotels globally to ensure our client's expectations are met or exceeded.
Collect, review, and correct hotel folios.
Aid in handling reservations with high accuracy and quality from inquiry to check-out.
Help manage the reservation process and update the company’s database.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and clients.
Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction through phone and email communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred) is a requirement.
1+ years of experience in travel agency roles, hotel operations, or related fields.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
A positive attitude, a team-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Flexibility to work remotely on nights and weekends as required to meet client needs.
Proficiency in a second language is a plus

Office hours are 9 am-5:30 pm EST, Monday-Friday. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required to exceed our clients’ expectations.
