We are seeking a Loaner Car / Service Advisor to join our team at our location in Metairie, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience in loaner car management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage loaner car inventory and availability
Coordinate loaner car reservations and returns
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Assist with service write-ups and vehicle inspections
Communicate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Ensure loaner cars are clean and well-maintained
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in loaner car management and customer service a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
