Manager, Organizational Development

Salary Range: $­­118,500 to $139,400 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable) [+ stock-based compensation (if applicable)]. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

In the Manager OD role you will lead the global, corporate strategy and design for global OD work in Yum!’s Center of Excellence (projects include: global performance management, goal setting, career development, change management, employee engagement, 360 survey evaluation, onboarding, mentoring, competencies and manager capability). The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in OD to drive breakthrough organizational effectiveness that enables our corporate employees to grow and be successful. This role will report to Lisa Johnson, Director of Yum! Learning and OD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy and design in areas such as performance management, 360 feedback, individual development planning and ongoing coaching, leadership and functional competencies, onboarding, mentoring, employee engagement, surveys, insights, and functional trainings.
• Identify organizational development gaps, deeply understand global business needs and define long-term strategic priorities.
• Research external OD best practices and innovations. Heavily leveraging technology and digital solutions to enhance the quality, ease and efficiency of OD tools and processes.
• Develop effective change management tools and resources to support transformations.
• Deliver business insights by conducting regular analyses of HR data and survey results to identify powerful insights the team and business can act on to develop unrivaled talent and culture.
  
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources Development, or related field required.
• 5+ years HR or relevant experience, preferably in a global company.
• Minimum of 5 years overall business experience with at least 3 years in roles responsible for organization development.
