Overview

THE ROLE:

The Director, Digital Product Activation will lead the development and implementation of strategies to accelerate digital growth by optimally bringing digital products to market and ensure scaled adoption internally and externally (with our Distributors). This position leads at the intersection of global digital product leaders and regional business team members to develop and implement plans including training, driving product awareness, user engagement, and dedication. The position requires a strong background in product marketing, extensive experience in change management and product launch strategies, as well as a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  • Develop and implement the product activation strategy for the company's digital products in the Americas.
  • Measure towards digital adoption targets and share standard methodologies and benchmarking.
  • Leads regional change management for Digital Office internally and partners for external delivery to our Market business partners and our Distributors.
  • Provides activation strategy for each product in each market including marketing and communications plans to support product launches (developing messaging, coordinating marketing campaigns, and handling budgets).
  • Collaborate with global activation team to bring to bear global training materials and delivers / develops cross functionally to ensure successful Go To Market in the Americas.
  • Drives market communication internally / externally for all product launches, upgrades, activations.
  • Partner with market level sales, and customer success teams to ensure launch readiness including planning calendars and develop training materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, including senior executives, project managers, and subject matter authorities, to ensure alignment and consensus for change initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and supervise product launches, including defining product positioning, and identifying target audiences.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and user acquisition.
  • Capture feedback from markets and cross-functional partners to provide product team with insight to support prioritizing the roadmap.
  • Analyze user data to find opportunities to improve user adoption, retention, and happiness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to advise product development and marketing strategies.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a team of product activation specialists to complete the product activation strategy with 1-2 direct reports.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, customer acquisition, and/or customer engagement roles or similar.
  • A min of 5 years of experience leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Consumer and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools? Not sure this is needed.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills.


Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Hiring Range: 180,500.00 to 202,800.00 USD Annually
