As a certified B Corporation, we make convenient eating healthy and sustainable for the communities we operate in. We source quality local ingredients whenever possible, and deliver in reusable, recyclable and compostable packaging. We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inventory Management > work closely with the Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams to ensure that FIFO processes are followed and data is correct and up to date
• Record Keeping > utilizing inventory management software to track and update inventory data
• Stock Audits > conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and system records
• Monitoring Stock Levels > reviewing inventory against production demands to foresee and resolve inventory shortages or excess
• Cycle Counts > end of week inventory reconciliation
• Analysis > proactively flag inventory discrepancies and follow up with root cause analysis
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and have sound knowledge of inventory processes and procedures.
• Understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.
• You have a good eye for detail and advanced problem-solving skills
• WMS, MRP and/or ERP experience is preferred
• Experience in a warehouse operation is preferred
• Ability to train and coach others is preferred
• Forklift and/or reach truck experience is an asset
