Customer Desk Service & Sales - General Aviation Parts

Job Description

Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co, an aviation parts and supply distributor is seeking an experienced Counter Customer Service/Sales representative to assist customers with Will-Call and In-Store purchases. Background in avionics, automotive, and/or hardware is required!

This is a full time position, M-F, 40 hour workweek, 8a-5p with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Skills Needed

• Effective telephone communication skills for inbound ordering and customer service questions.
• Outstanding customer service skills including listening, suggestive selling and verification of orders.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills additional languages a plus
• Previous experience working with customers in a store sales environment.
• Good Computer Skills; ERP experience, MS Office products or equivalent/MS Windows/MacOS; Ability to type 40 Words Per Minute (WPM);
• Outstanding research skills including catalogs and Internet search engines
• Lifelong Learner; Continuously seeks out learning opportunities.
• Passion for all things Aviation a Plus,.
