Bookkeeper / accounting technician

Position: Accounting technician / Bookkeeper

2-3 month contract – possibility for more

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

In office

Salary: 50-55k

Location: Ville Saint Laurent / Cote-Vertu

Our client is currently seeking a bookkeeper who is available to join the team quickly for 2-3 month mandate. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with the full cycle of accounting in a small/medium enterprise, including payroll.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

AP,AR

Bank reconciliation

Prepare month end journal entries

Prepare taxes declarations (TPS,TVQ)

Payroll for 14 employees

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in accounting ( AEC,DEP,DEC,BAC)
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Formulas)
  • Bilingualism preferred
  • Available to start right away
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly!
