Responsibilities

The accounts payable clerk willl:

Manage the full cycle of accounts payables from receipt to invoice, (coding, matching, payment, approval)

Resolve and advise of any discrepancies

Maintain A/P filing system and year-end audit files

Follow all procedures

Reconcile vendor accounts by month end and communicate with vendor

Assist in reports as requested

Any other related tasks

Qualifications

The accounts payable clerkk must have:

3-5 years of experiance in accounts payables

A DVS or ACS in accounting

A high level of autonomy and accuracy

Good communication in both English and French

Good working experience with MS Excel

Experience with ERP (an asset)
