We are seeking an autonomous and versatile Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Brossard. Under the authority of the President of Lépine Marketing Inc. and Lépine Talent Inc., the Accounting Clerk will perform tasks related to accounting data for both organizations.
Working Conditions
Permanent position, 35 hours per week;
On-site work format;

Key Responsibilities
Record accounting data in the computer system and verify it;
Produce client invoices;
Process payments and prepare deposits;
Handle supplier invoices and prepare payments;
Ensure proper management of accounts receivable;
File documents related to financial management tasks;
Assist in bookkeeping for both organizations;
Process employee payroll;
Respond to clerical needs of the service.
Requirements
DEP in accounting or a related discipline;
2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of accounting software Xero, Dext, and Employeur D would be an asset;
Proficiency in Word and Excel;
Proficiency in written and spoken French and a good knowledge of English.
