Oshi is a food-tech company developing a breakthrough technology to produce premium whole-cut, plant-based fish fillets, to sustainably feed the world at scale. Our first product is a salmon-inspired fillet, served at select restaurants in New York. As we are expanding, we are seeking a Content and Social Media Manager to support our growth in the New York food-service channel.

Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager promoting our product in the food service channel, you will lead initiatives to drive product visibility, appeal, and sales through influencers, social media promotions, activations, and collaborative marketing with restaurant partners.

Responsibility:

  • Work closely with restaurant partners to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase velocities and enhance the presence of our fillets in the food service.
  • Create and implement engaging social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms.
  • Plan and execute activations, events, and promotions within restaurants to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead projects to upgrade our website and other resources.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing strategies.
  • Support general marketing tasks and any other tasks required to achieve our goals
