Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: NC

Duration: 12 months

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing/shop floor environments, specifically focusing on injectable drug filling equipment. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and process improvements within a commercial manufacturing setting, excluding lab, R&D, or scale-up activities.

The Senior Process Engineer Will Be Responsible For

  • Troubleshooting equipment and implementing process improvements.
  • Reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
  • Addressing issues and errors on the shop floor, particularly those arising during setup.
  • Identifying and naming brands/models of parental filling line equipment previously worked with.
  • Guiding clients through troubleshooting processes and resolving issues effectively.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BSChE).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with parental filling and gowning procedures in a commercial manufacturing environment.

Skills

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of parental filling line equipment brands and models.
  • Ability to review and interpret SOPs and batch records.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for guiding clients through troubleshooting processes.
