Manager of Civil Engineering

We are a small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial full-service MBE consulting engineering firm offering Civil & Environmental, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Disciplines. Job responsibilities:

• Develop and design best project approach, elements and details.
• Operational delivery of segmented projects for clients, including sub-consultant teams.
• Ongoing project construction administration.
• Maintain/Develop client relationships.

If you are up for the challenge, we are seeking a Civil Engineer for our Civil Design group.

Successful candidate must:

• Have BS or MS in Civil Engineering.
• Have Indiana PE certification.
• Have excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Be quality focused with experience in performing calculations and developing construction documents.

Water and Wastewater, AutoCad and Civil 3D skills and work experience a plus.
