Design & Video Production Associate

Location: Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area. This position requires ongoing in-office participation.

Position Summary:

Bold Orange is seeking a talented Design & Video Production Associate looking to apply their creativity in the areas of graphic design, video production (some), photography, and content as a part of the strategic growth team focused on Bold Orange brand efforts. As a relied upon, integral member of the strategic growth team, this role will allow you to tap into your creativity, graphic design skills, versatility, enthusiasm, multi-tasking abilities, and collaborative nature to bring Bold Orange brand efforts to life as a utility member of a driven, intentional, and advantageous team that is always on the go.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to develop and bring creative concepts to life utilizing graphic design, video, photography, and motion graphics
• Capture, organize, and maintain B-roll and multimedia asset libraries
• Lead the capture, editing, and production of video and photo content including but not limited to interviews, events, office company culture, BOCO brand initiatives, and other agency needs as requested
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring Bold Orange brand standards are met and upheld throughout each content piece
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Work samples or creative portfolio showcasing examples of photography, videography and/or design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and full-time employment availability
• Commitment to work in-person, at Bold Orange, 2-3 days a week and potentially more, in high-volume moments
• Graphic design abilities required
• 2-3 years of video editing experience
• 2-3 years of motion graphic experience
• Experience with video editing technology such as Adobe Premiere Pro Cut, and Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge and experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (Figma, AI and additional design tools considered a plus)
• Creative intuitiveness with the ability to concept and execute on a multitude of initiatives upholding strong, quality design
• Experience building content and visual assets that leverage motion design
• Previous experience and passion for photography
• Experience with camera operation and shot framing
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally to both concept and execute new opportunities that showcase the BOCO brand and culture
• An enthusiastic attitude for experimentation and willingness to learn new methods and approaches independently
• Regularly seeks insight and project feedback
• Ability to navigate fluctuating workloads, possessing a strong sense of prioritization and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter
• Versatile and professional – Able to take direction and feedback with maturity and pivot accordingly
