Galls is looking for a Paid Search & Social Manager to join the eCommerce/Marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive online traffic, revenue, increase brand visibility, and enhance overall customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, strong project management skills, and a proven track record in managing successful campaigns. You will assume a pivotal position in steering our digital marketing initiatives by fine-tuning paid search and social campaigns to optimize brand exposure, margin, and revenue. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in crafting and executing data-driven strategies tailored to resonate with our target audience, thereby contributing significantly to our overall business growth. You will report to the Director of Performance Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including but not limited to search and social media advertising, display & video advertising, retargeting and affiliate marketing with internal and external teams.
  • Assist and collaborate with agency partners to support and manage paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Meta, Criteo, KARGO etc.
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics, ensuring maximum return on investment across platforms. Suggest new tactics for campaigns, be the stakeholder in understanding what campaigns drive the best performance by various target/ KPIs like audience targeting & creative tactics.
  • Monitor agency performance, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign effectiveness while making data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement. Adjust plans on daily, weekly, and monthly level to ensure campaigns are hitting top line goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators. Use tools like Google Analytics, in platform analytics, and work with Analytics Director on weekly/monthly reporting. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on data analysis, A/B testing, and market research. Constantly testing creative, campaign and audience to drive growth in revenue, ROAS and engagement.
  • Optimize and oversee product feeds to maximize visibility and relevance.
