This is a remote opportunity.

Join our dynamic Commerce & Retail Media team, where you'll lead strategy, activation, and optimization for major retail media brands across various sectors, including CPG, Apparel, and Electronics. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in reporting and optimizing client marketing campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Criteo, Instacart, and Walmart. You'll collaborate closely with client teams to execute large-scale campaigns and tests that align with our strategic goals. Timely reporting and insightful analysis will be essential as you support the team in delivering outstanding results. You will report directly to the Director of Commerce & Retail Media.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to achieve campaign goals, including budget management, bid strategies, reporting, and performance-driven campaign revisions.

Execution: Plan and execute retail media search and display campaigns, ensuring smooth account setup, campaign builds, daily optimizations, and effective budget pacing.

Technology Integration: Utilize cutting-edge technology and best practices to incorporate strategic automation in campaign management and reporting processes.

Data Strategy: Articulate data strategies and provide actionable recommendations to clients, identifying unique targeting opportunities.

Collaboration: Communicate campaign performance and collaborate with analytics teams to develop insightful performance reports and actionable analysis.

Vendor Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with vendors, tailoring approaches to meet brand-specific needs and campaign objectives.

Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members in independently managing campaigns while ensuring quality assurance.

Client Engagement: Participate in regular client performance meetings and prepare for ad-hoc presentations as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the commerce & retail media organization to drive skill development, best practices, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Passion for performance marketing and the evolving landscape of eCommerce and emerging platforms.

A minimum of 4 years of digital performance marketing experience in eCommerce, retail search, paid search, PPC, or related fields; or 3+ years managing large-scale, complex eCommerce campaigns.

Proven experience in budget management and meeting KPIs.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms (e.g., PacVue, Skai) and bid management tools is highly preferred.

Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends through data analysis.

Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Adaptable communication skills to thrive in the fast-paced world of Commerce & Retail Media.

High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,000 to $110,400, based on various factors, including relevant experience and skills. This position is also eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off, is available.
