Salesforce Administrator
We are seeking an "Awesome Admin," to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong passion for providing exceptional user support and training. The role will involve a combination of general administrative tasks, declarative development, and user training, ensuring our Salesforce instance meets the needs of our organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and help translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
- Perform declarative development tasks such as creating and managing workflows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure proper adoption of Salesforce functionality and new features.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and best practices for Salesforce administration and usage.
- Perform routine system maintenance, data cleansing, and performance monitoring to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the development team to configure and support custom solutions and new functionality.
- Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimize Salesforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Salesforce and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our Salesforce instance.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce customization, configuration, and declarative development.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required; additional certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- Proficiency in Lightning Experience and Salesforce mobile app configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support users at various levels of technical expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in training and supporting users on new functionality and driving adoption of Salesforce within an organization.
- Familiarity with data management best practices, including data hygiene and data governance.
- Experience with sales and service processes and familiarity with CRM concepts.
- We are a global team and while most of our meetings are virtual, we do meetup in person from time to time (<20% travel).
Salary Range: $82,500 - $110,000
