In this critical role, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our Salesforce instance and the broader DevOps tech stack, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving strategic revenue growth.

Here's what you'll do:

  • RevOps Rockstar: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the RevOps team to manage our Salesforce instance and other RevOps tools effectively.
  • User Champion: Advocate for user needs, analyze user stories, and design solutions that meet user requirements while maintaining optimal platform performance.
  • Solution Architect: Develop and implement efficient Salesforce solutions using best practices to ensure world-class functionality and user adoption.
  • Compliance Guardian: Ensure all solutions adhere to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Project Management Pro: Drive admin activities efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Data-driven Partner: Assist with reporting initiatives that inform strategic decision-making for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Licensing & Cost Management: Manage Salesforce licenses and optimize costs for maximum value.
  • Security Savvy: Stay updated on the latest security threats and implement best practices to safeguard our Salesforce instance.
  • RevOps Strategist: Align Salesforce functionality with RevOps leadership goals, enabling successful revenue team initiatives.
  • Process Optimizer: Continuously evaluate and improve system processes for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
  • Change Champion: Foster a culture of innovation and user adoption, promoting best practices for ongoing system optimization.
  • Knowledge Evangelist: Contribute to training efforts, providing insights on RevOps tool usage and ROI.
  • Documentation Guru: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Salesforce setup and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Data Steward: Serve as the Data Steward for RevOps tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Salesforce.com App Builder and Admin certifications.
  • At least 1 year of experience administering Salesforce organizations to meet business needs.
  • Experience working with both the classic and Lightning interfaces.
  • A proven ability to analyze existing processes and identify potential optimizations.
  • The ability to leverage both out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and custom solutions/app exchange applications.
  • Experience with Lightning Flows.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer literacy, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Resourcefulness and a comfort level working with ambiguity.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL queries.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Outreach, Gong, PandaDoc, ReachDesk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo (or similar).
  • Experience with Salesforce's Revenue Intelligence tools (Einstein product suite, Revenue Insights, CRM Analytics, Pipeline Management).
