Murray Motors Collision Center is seeking to hire an Automotive Collision Center Advisor - Office Manager to help support our team! We are looking for somebody who has experience in Automotive Service Writing and RO Management as we are a busy and fast-paced shop. We are Top Rated in the area and are on the Direct Repair Program for most insurance companies. This position would work standard hours Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 1hour lunch break).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Schedules appointments with customers.
Enters itemized estimate on repair order and closes repair order.
Enters payments and notes in CCC (body shop program)
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records technician hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
