About the Position:

As a Photo and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual stories that highlight our company's products and services. This role involves extensive photo editing, comprehensive video editing, and the creation of marketing videos, sizzle reels, and highlight videos. You will collaborate with the Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to produce engaging content for clients and various platforms.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive photo editing, including culling, retouching, and enhancing images using Lightroom.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content.
  • Create marketing videos, sizzle reels, and highlight videos to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create shot lists and review raw material.
  • Trim footage segments and create seamless sequences.
  • Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality.
  • Ensure all photo and video content adheres to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Organize and archive all project files, footage, graphics, and audio on Google Drive
  • Utilize data analytics to track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to photo and video editing and production.


Additional Duties

  • Attend some of Miami’s most exciting events, including Ultra, Boat Show, Art Basel, Tortuga & more.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to thrilling nighttime & weekend events with the opportunity for same day turnarounds



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Photography, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Photo and Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom.
  • Experience in photo editing and culling using Lightroom.
  • Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have portfolio of past work for consideration
