Trade Remedies Associate Attorney

Job Description

Our firm seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its International Trade practice group, working from the Washington, D.C. office.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 3 years of direct experience working on unfair trade proceedings, including antidumping, countervailing duty (AD/CVD), 301 and 232 cases in a nationally recognized law firm or government. Experience with the Dept. of Commerce and/or International Trade Commission is strongly preferred.

All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills.

Candidates must be a member of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in.
