AGMES is a New York-based jewelry line focusing on clean lines and sculptural silhouettes. All pieces are handmade locally in New York from precious metals. We are dedicated to creating pieces that will become modern heirlooms and embody a sense of timelessness. The collection is currently sold at top e-commerce and specialty retailers around the world, as well as at our own DTC site, www.agmesnyc.com.


We are a small team and seeking a candidate who is ambitious, hardworking, and solution-driven to help with our growing business. This role will focus on our DTC business from e-commerce to in-person events. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, a great multi-tasker, has strong attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude.  


Job Responsibilities include:

•    Manage and maintain e-commerce site

•    Build and present monthly selling report with an analytical lens

•    Work closely with Creative + Digital Marketing teams on email and social: 

•        Assist with day-to-day execution and measurement of marketing initiatives

•        Support development of marketing calendar and sales projections for key selling times 

•        Support seamless implementation of strategy across touchpoints from acquisition, site experience, and key messaging (shipping deadlines, studio closures, etc.)

•    Oversee direct-to-consumer selling events, including monthly Open Studios, trunk shows, and more

•    Provide excellent customer service support across all touchpoints from day-to-day email communication, company phone management, and events to in-person order pick-ups – ultimate discretion when working with influencers, editors, and VIP customer interactions 


•    Maintain close communication with Merchandise & Production Teams on order fulfillment, quality control to manage customer expectations

•    Keep detailed client book in order to provide luxury-level customer experience and satisfaction

•    Assist wholesale team with market preparations from asset creation, showroom setup, and more

•    Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics 

•     Identify website imagery needs and opportunities to improve

•     Coordinate samples with photographers and stylists

•     Produce shoot decks, call sheets and other pre-shoot preparations as needed

•    Ability to work closely across teams to create and maintain a welcoming and luxurious experience for the AGMES customer

•    Take pride in maintaining a beautiful, tidy and well-organized studio environment


Requirements:

•    Based in New York and available to work in-person

•    3+ years in a sales role for a growing company

•    Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Shopify

•    Tech Savvy, quick learner 

•    Superior organization and attention to detail

•    Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize time-sensitive assignments, and stay open to new projects 

•    Applicant must be team-oriented with a positive can-do attitude to take initiative and be flexible to team’s needs

•    Ability to build relationships internally and externally

•    Be resourceful and solution-oriented as obstacles arise

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Strong interest in jewelry, fashion, and sales

•    Strong sense of the fashion industry and marketplace, minimum 5 years combined industry experience


The hourly salary for this role ranges between $24-31/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills, and pervious experience. This is a full-time in-person position in Soho, NY.
