Job Description:
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products – a short-term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing theirrental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

- Manage incoming calls by prioritizing and directing them appropriately
- Monitor and organize a shared email inbox to promptly address important inquiries, requests, and communications, ensuring all critical matters are handled in a timely manner
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance on different loan scenarios to external parties, assisting them in understanding various options and making informed decisions
- Pre-screen emails and calls to filter out routine or non-urgent matters
- Undertake additional administrative responsibilities as needed in day-to-day operations and tasks
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate a multi-line phone system.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities
- 2+ years as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Officer or a related position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Customer Service abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
